Crossing
The crossing takes about 15 minutes.
After a while, you just sit in the bows and enjoy the excitement of watching the island get ever closer. The channel between the island and the mainland contains fast-flowing cross-currents and quite a few dangerous rocks. The crossing can be rough if the wind gets up. Today, however, you have almost a dead calm.
